Free Bike Rentals
Explore Seattle like a local! Bikes are available daily on a first-come, first-served basis. Just swing by the Front Desk to sign one out – helmets and locks included.
Rooftop Deck
Take in the city views from our cozy rooftop patio. It’s the perfect spot to sip a drink, snap some pics, or unwind after a day of adventures. The Front Desk has wine glasses, cork screws, and various other items available at no additional charge!
Lobby Coffee
Grab a complimentary cup of coffee that is freshly ground and brewed each morning from a local coffee roastery – Victrola!
Parking
We offer discounted parking at a nearby off-site lot.
- Rate: $35 plus tax per night
- Includes: In & out privileges until 12:00 PM (11AM) on day of departure.
Please stop by the Front Desk for a parking pass and directions. Please note that parking is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
Guest Laundry
On-site self-service laundry is available if you need to freshen up during your stay. Detergent is available for purchase at the Front Desk.

Airport Pick-Up & Drop-Off
We work with a trusted third-party car service for direct rides to and from Sea-Tac Airport.
Pricing:
- 1-3 passengers: $68 flat rate
- 4-6 passengers: $95 flat rate
- 7+ passengers: inquire with the Front Desk
Additional Info:
- $3 surcharge if paying by credit card
- $10 late-night upcharge for rides between 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Car seats available upon request – $10 each
- If you have 3+ large suitcases, a larger vehicle may be required
Note: These rates are comparable to Uber/Lyft or taxi fares, which can fluctuate between $60–$100 depending on time of day, traffic, and demand – but our service offers a set price with no surprises.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reserve your ride. Same-day requests may be accommodated depending on availability – just ask!

Cruise Port Shuttle Service
Headed to Pier 66 or Pier 91? We offer a convenient shuttle option for cruise guests.
- Cost: $10 per person
- Destinations: Pier 66 (Bell Street Terminal) & Pier 91 (Smith Cove Terminal)
Important Notes:
- Sign-ups are taken at check-in only (not in advance)
- Be in the lobby 5–10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up
- The driver will come inside to confirm your group before loading
